If you have Out-of-Network benefits through your insurance plan, we can provide you a Super Bill to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.



Whether you were recently diagnosed with diabetes, have had diabetes for a long time or have been told you are on the borderline of being diagnosed (also known as pre-diabetes), we can teach you the skills you need to keep your blood sugar under control. If you are on insulin, we can teach you how to adjust your insulin for food and exercise, with physician authorization.

If you wear a CGM or Insulin Pump, please download and bring your report to the appointment to better facilitate your care and make your appointment productive.
